parentcore: fix miner tx block reward with fees (diff)
downloadmonero-b8527668ffbcc4c95fe33e2ea163f07f25af5fcb.tar.xz
blockchain: for v3, require miner tx to have well behaved outs
This was meant to go in v2, but the miner tx slipped through the cracks as it doesn't go through the main tx verification since it doesn't get added to the pool.
